Project Description:
This project involves improvements to existing sanitarysewer mains in the Cedar Creek watershed, primarily in the vicinity of M291 and US 50. The project will address over-capacity lines in the area in order to allow future redevelopment in the vicinity.
Project Rationale:
The lack of sanitary sewer capacity in this area is an obstacle to redevelopment. A federal grant was obtained through economic development contacts which will pay for just over half of the cost of the project.
