Project Description:
This project involves rehabilitation of 7,900 lf of 6 and 8-inch existing waterlines in mutliple locations in the city. Specific locations include Lakeview and Madison Streets south of 3rd Street; Independence Ave. between 3rd and Swann Road; and 3rd St. from Independence to Grand.
Project Rationale:
The existing mains have had numerous breaks due to corrosion of existing pipes, resulting in service outages and high repair costs in these areas.
